We are seeking synergistic acquisitions throughout Texas and surrounding states. Initially focused on acquiring smaller-sized construction companies such as flooring, remodeling, and painting businesses, we are working to create a network of businesses that will act as the foundation for a large amount of acquisitions and real-estate purchases.
Our focus is to seek out and acquire businesses that can utilize remodeling from previously aforementioned acquired businesses. Initially this will be focused on cash flow producing businesses such as laundromats and car washes, repairing, renovating, and re-branding them with an online presence. These remodels will act as the foundation of capital for a further acquisitions and an aggressive presence in residential and commercial real-estate.
