We are equipted with a Blodgett 961 pizza oven, a Starmax 36" thermosticaly controlled griddle, and a double basket deep frier. as per local health codes we have had installed a custom made 3 bowl stainless steel sink for cleaning and sanitery purposes, in addition to this we have had installed a costom built hand washing sink and custom built hot and cold water tanks and catch tank for waste water.
