Exclusive Footwear specializes in the sales of upscale womens shoes, handbags, and accessories. Our location will be in a very populous area in uptown Dallas. Our demographic is 21 to 40 year old women who want to get the most out of one shopping experience. Here they can get a pair of shoes for any occasion and accessories to match. The exact location of the store will be in the West Village, which is the heart of uptown, and a major recreational area for the targeted demographic, suprisingly, among all of the retail shops and boutiques, there are NO retailers who focus mainly on footwear. I do not believe that this is a lack of what would be success for future retailers speacializing in shoes, but a lack of opportunity taken by individuals who look at the big picture. Our main key to success will be low prices, second will be our selection, and third will be our customer service. Given that there are no local direct competitors success should come alot easier.
