He is currently CEO/Producer of Xela Entertainment Inc. A corporation based in Columbus, Ohio focused on Film, media, sports entertainment, and management. Xela Entertainment’s up coming projects are The James Buster Douglas Story and Kid Edition TV and The Monster Factory, Xela Entertainment also specializes in promotions of professional mixed martial arts fighting and plans to go public in the US; by retaining Mr. Ed Panos a consultant responsible for reverse mergers, acquisition of public shells, filing SB2’s or 15C211’s, and or doing an IPO from scratch. Mr. Panos and Panos Industries latest venture spearheaded a successful reverse-merger to gain public trading status for The Language Access Network, Inc. Mr. Moore also serves as Principal Consultant for Six Sigma Group, LLC a United States consulting practice responsible for technology strategies and leadership development, and is CEO/Producer for Xela Entertainment, LLC, a film production company also known as industry leader offering placement for National recording artist utilizing relationships with Universal, TNT, So So Def and Laface Record Company. Mr. Moore is has been referred to as a True Visionary and Entrepreneur. He has help start more than 5 other companies in which he consulted with other Entrepreneurs helping them implement there strategies.
His business experience includes serving as Sr. Consultant for the following companies Nationwide, Giant Eagle, Sherwin Williams, Lubrizol, Big Dog Records, Timken, Anchor Hocking and Accenture, Deloitte and Touché, Cardinal Health where he developed Human Resources strategies improving the effectiveness of the organizations long term strategic growth. He also enhanced performance and improved retention.
In 2002, Alex was guest speaker for National Black MBA, National Black Professionals in Sports association, NESBE, CAAO and member of SHRM,HRPS and Ohio Venture Capital Association. His non-profit internet Knowledge Based System was awarded CAAO business plan of the year. He also was responsible for developing the Fellowship Magazine in Northeast, Ohio. A non-profit company geared towards promoting the youth and empowers the community. He was raised in Georgia, Connecticut, Florida & Ohio; he was a collegiate athlete at The Ohio State University. He also trains and works with Former UFC and PrideFC Champions such as Kevin The Monster Randleman and Marc The Hammer Colman, He currently is co-manager of James Buster Douglas and a variety of other Professional Athletes.
