The award-winning skis are being distributed in 17 countries and after developing a strong tradition of cutting edge innovation, top quality, hot design and professional operations, the company is now moving into high-margin apparel and accessories.
Developments including twin tips, fat, and reverse camber skis opened an opportunity for an entrepreneurial company to break into the market, taking advantage of the decline in snowboarding and changes in marketing and manufacturing.
We are raising CHF1,000,000 at a pre-money valuation of CHF2,800,000 as Convertible debt or equity. CHF800,000 has already been committed of that tranche and previous funding is CHF1,050,000.
We sold nearly 2,000 pairs of skis into 14 countries in 2010/11 with pre-orders and infrastructure to underscore expectation to exceed 3,000 and 17 countries in 2011/12
