Evolution Custom Homes will be a new custom home builder in the Orlando area. Our homes will be built without the usual formal rooms. We design homes with spaces created for the way people really live. Homes will be Energy Star certified and built with quality construction and amenities. Our target market is $800,000 to $1,200,000 truly custom - no stock plans, which is a completely missed area in our current market. Most homes in this price range are production or resale.
The staff are all highly knowledgeable and passionate about building homes. We will have a fully furnished model home and will participate in the 2010 Parade of Homes. This is a buyers market and we will offer them a home they love, not one they feel they have to settle for.
