Nestled on a 60 acre organic farm in Pike county Pennsylvania, two hours from New York an investor is wanted to continue the project of a Bed & Breakfast.
There are several buildings on the property. The buildings are complete renovations and a few teardowns.
A complete business plan is being prepared.
I am searching for a private investor who will be a silent 10 year partner.
