Description:
We are a neighborhood Real Estate Company and member of the Realtors. We are looking to establish one or two office locations in Southeastern Mass in quality growing areas. Utilizing my 24 years as a broker on the South Shore we already have 4-5 people looking to work with us as agents. My expertise in marketing and computers will greatly assist us in moving forward quickly and establishing ourselves as a well run firm. We arein need of seed money to carry us through the first 6-12 months until commissions are earned and sales are steady. We expect to be profitable within the first year.
