TAACO is a one of a kind operational humane law enforcement / animal control officer training facility. We offically opened 1 June 2006. I have about $30,000 of personal money and another $24,000 in private lender funding. We are 90% complete with the building ( lease purchase ) renovation, but have been training students anyway.
