Assisting Angels is a home health care provider in Columbus County NC. We provide Certified Nursing Assistants to Medicaid recipients as well as to private pay customers. Ninety nine percent of current income is paid through the state Medicaid system. The company has been in business since 2001. We purchased the company last year and after years of stagnant growth under the previous owner, have increased revenues in our first year of ownership by $100,000 and our patient count by 36 clients. We are currently in review by the state of NC for expanding services into the areas of skilled nursing and mental health services. We expect to recieve these additional certifications in the next 6 months which would open up opportunity in fields of service with higher fee structures. We purchased the company with financing from a hedge fund and the loan is coming due.
