We are opening a Tilted Kilt in Cedar Rapids. We have a building and started construction. We were told of no problem getting a SBA loan, but as you know they have tighted up a lot. We have invested 400k of our own and need another 600k for a short term loan. We were hoping to open by mid Sept. We do have projections and Cedar Rapids is need of restaurants due to the flooding in Cedar Rapids. As many as 30 restaurant/bars were destoyed. We were in the process of building before the flood hit. We are in a great location with high traffic(not anywhere close to flooding) I hope this enough information to get you interest in helping us.
