The following is brief description of the direction we are trying to (URL removed) identified several properties that we want to make an offer, once the offer is accepted, we will immediately start the rehab phase and when that is completed we will list the property for resale.
In addition we have found a couple properties that require a complete build out with one being a 3 plus acre plot of land with the intention of building condo’s or apartments.
We have no intentions of retaining any of these properties. At this point we will make the offer, complete the rehab and/or build phase of the project and list for sale.
