Description:
Anchor Property Management is a New Orleans area company specializing in real estate rehabilitation. We purchase properties at a significant discount, repair the properties and then either sell for quick profit or hold for long term cashflow. The exit strategy for each property is dependent on the deal. We also provide property management services to property owners.
