Inside Out Consults, where Re-entry is made easy. In todays society the transition or re-entry process varies depending on whom is going through the process. Inside Out Consults is a not for profit agency providing assistance with the re-entry process. Inside Out Consults will consult and assist those individuals who need it most. After consulting and assisting we endeavor to make the re-entry process easy and effective. The agency will form partnerships with local and state correctional departments. In addition to these parternerships the agency will also partner with other goverment agencies, non-profits, religious organizations, and social organizations to adequately assist the clients. Inside Out Consults goal is to foster a commitment to convicts, ex-convicts, and parolees that will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope in the future. Only through personal relationships can a sense of individual responsibility be reestablished that will give convicts, ex-convicts, and parolees the commitment to follow through on path to re-entry with a sense of pride and accomplishment. Through repeated failures in life and the development of destructive habits, at-risk convicts, ex-convicts, and parolees have lost faith in the possibilities that await them if they are successful in putting their lives together. To accomplish this goal, convicts, ex-convicts, and parolees must have caring, inclusive consulting and assistance that promotes their best effort and reinforces personal respect. Inside Out Consults is a agency that is in direct response to the growing number of convicts, ex-convicts, and paroless that are either falling through the cracks of re-entry or are already entangled with the correctional system. The goal of the agency is to identify convicts, ex-convicts and parolees who are going to have a turbulent transition to the re-entry process and offer a positive support system to avoid the pitfalls that can derail their lives. The focus is slightly different at each level but the goal remains the same; empower the convict, ex-convict, and parolee to make positive changes in his/her life by consulting and assisting them with different facets of there situation. Inside Out Consults will focus primarily on offenders who are presently incarcerate and indigent.
