I am looking to acquire properties below market value in California to do quick rehabs and sell for market value to make a profit. I have substantial knowledge about the real estate industry. If the properties do not sell in a timely manner I plan to rent and hold or lease option. This will allow me to cover costs until the properties are placed back on the market and sold for profit at a future date. I have experience in leasing rentals as well.
