Description:
Hi Julie. I'm currently looking for investors 20-30K range for my project to help me to advertize our FL real estate in Russia. It can be anything, from Naples to Miami, and from Tampa to West Palm, whatever they want. I have some business contacts over there and they are telling me that their clients keep asking them about possibilities in investing in real estate overseas and Fl is perfect for it. I have made some arrangements to book a place at the real estate expo show this fall in St. Petersburg, Russia. The PR manager has informed me that there are no participating companies from US, only domestic and some other countries. So there is really no direct competition as of yet. My friends here in Naples already done working on a nice presentational DVD about Naples and FL in general. But I need some help with funding to help me to complete the project before fall. I strongly feel that there can be huge potential for us to succeed and to make some good money, Russias economy is booming now and their oil money are behind of a consumer boom of unprecedented proportions. Just some numbers, last year Russia foreign auto sales were up 60%, and this July Russia overtook Germany as the largest European automotive market. Thats where many people start looking for 2-3 homes and here in Florida we have plenty of those. Please let me know what you think, if you are ineterested we can discuss it a bit further. Warm regards.
