This is a real estate and construction company, we do investing, property management, design, construction and are now trying to bid on city contracts. I am working on one of my own properties right now that had some fire damage, the insurance company paid 180,000, which I forwarded to my Mgt. company they have sent three payments of 44,000, and the final payment will be sent when the house reaches 75%, the problem is that the house is now at 50%, and I am about $15-$20,000 short, for the damage and the insurance company is holding another 88,000, when the original payment of 180,000 is spent, I can get all the money back that I spent out of my pocket, which is about 50,000. So I am asking for loan of between 15 and 20 thousand.
