eDoc Synergy, LLC is located in St. Louis, MO. To this point, eDoc Synergy has funded the initial development, implementation, and testing of our product. We are currently going live with our first beta sites and have several signed proposals from physicians and have a sales pipeline with potential second quarter revenue of over $500,000. Our salespeople, who are previous pharmaceutical reps, have just touched the surface of their contacts in our area. The initial response from the physician community has been overwhelming. Combine this with the reimbursement plan from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 which provides bonuses to healthcare providers who implement a meaningful EMR system and you can see that our company is poised to fill a need in the healthcare space.
We are currently seeking second round funding up to $1 million to provide additional operating capital, expand our sales and support capabilities and recruit several key individuals for our expansion. Our preference would be an investment from an individual or group that is familiar with the healthcare industry and the current opportunities in the electronic medical records space.
