I work with one other person in the Real Estate field. What we do, and have been doing for some years now, is buy and sell Real Estate. My partner finds the properties and usually the borrowers as well. He fixes the properties for selling condition. When they are ready to be sold we hold the Mortgage and Note to the borrower then I sell that Mortgage and Note to a Note buying company. The whole process takes a few months, depending on the condition of the property, and runs very smoothly. What we need is an investor to put up the money to buy the properties out flat because most of the properties are cash deals since they are in foreclosure or bankruptcy. Then put in more money for the fixing of the properties. We have done it this way for a few of our recent deals and we find that it work
