My Real-estate business is currently in the making with few homes lending out for rent. Although we want to soar to the skies with this current business, and I want to diversify very much!! The company name I use here will be used through out all the other businesses I create. This first has been a starter and I will soon be turning over, and from there be capable of diversifying by 100% concentrating all my time and energy into another business. I see the potential opportunities for the business and later businesses and therefor wish to have a piece of these grant. Most of all if I must lease a certain percentage of my company over to the Angel investor in my company I wouldn't mind raising the percentage by 30%, yet it must be of a later company I create and not of the current one. Because Later businesses I create will be creating much more wealth, giving the Angel investor more benefit!!
