Description:
I am looking for funding to start a vineyard/winery in Willcox, AZ. The soil and climate are perfect - similar to the Rhone Valley of France. Dick Erath, pioneer winemaker from Oregon just purhcased 200 acres in the Willcox area. I am working on a proforma. I would like to purchase 40 acres. The land cost is roughly $280,000. Then I need to purchase grape vines, equipment, build a winery/tasting room, etc. These will all come in phases. Please contact me for details.
