Description: Developer of the product “Apparition”. Apparition MIMIC’s a Technician, utilizing every command, from start to finish, to repair, clean and optimize Operating systems on a computer without the need of tech being there, without the need to take the system somewhere to be serviced and without the need to allow a tech to remotely access your system. Laptop Computers are being sold with a starting cost of $229. Everyone is using them – everyone is buying them BUT across the nation big box stores charge upwards to $179 for system repairs. Two repairs in a year exceed the cost of the computer. These repairs are subpar because some big box stores have contracts with external companies and service these computers remotely. If the sales clerk can’t get the system to connect, they will tell the customer the system has to be restored back to factory (same cost) but the customer looses everything they installed. Then there is the problematic problem of allowing scammers access to the computer from home via remote access. Either the computer is nominally repaired or the customer has just allowed a criminal to access files on their computer. Nationwide these factors are true. The goal is to make it the De Facto standard and first offense to attack computer problems (corrupt file structure, malware, adware, unstable computer). Because it performs the individual steps a computer analyst\tech\specialist would perform (regardless of the problem), a system would be cleaned and repaired without a tech service call. This eliminates Exaggerated repair cost and Substandard repairs. We are looking at a purchase price of $49.99 - $79.99, unlimited use for a year subscription. (Each year there are new definitions added and improvements with technology & windows). This gives consumers, across the nation, a choice to pay $179 and the inconvenience of taking a computer in to be serviced OR pay $49-$79 and insert a disk anytime the need arise (for 1 year).
