Hydra Minerals LLC hold 45% of Kuando Mines and Minerals ltd, and 20% of Mulakamenda Mines and Minerals Ltd. Both companies are registered in the Republic of Zambia.
Kuando owns a large scale mining license covering an area of 12,000 acres The concession has a proven alluvial and lode gold deposits of an average density of 8.6 to 19 grams of gold per ton. The deposits also boast a large niobium(current price of $42,000/ton) deposit in excess of 1million tonnes.
Mulakamenda is a newly acquired asset that has an exploration license. The concessions is 25,000 acres and is located within 4miles south of Kuando. The area as previously been mined for gold by local artisan miners.

The next phase of the project includes further exploration to accurately determine the depth and size of the gold veins. a Bankable feasibility will also commence shortly. This will be undertaken by IFB Mining consultants in Germany.
