Child Family Advocates will operate under license with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. The agency will provide a number services to the state of which some are posted in the rules of the state and pther are negotiated on a yearly basis. There are more than 16,000 children in substitute care and 3500 of those children are in the Nothern Region where we plan to open our agency. There is only 5 agency's within the Northern region and we anticipate in the beginning acquiring a contract with DCFS to handle 100 children with a growth rate of 10% if we meet the permanency requirements of 24%.
