Description:
We are a small family owned residential remodeling company that has been in business since 1999. Our business has been thriving by repeat and referal from our past customers. Additionally, we have worked with a number of large national banks during the recession handling the rehabb of their foreclosure properties. This experience gave us great insight on how to find and rehabb a home inexpensively. We are looking for an investor to help us purchase homes for rehabb and flipping. Our experience will allow us to keep the materials and labor for rehabb low so we can see a higher profit on the resale of the property.
