Jacksonville is in a healthy and growing area around Camp Lejeune, right on the coast of NC. WIth an expansion of Lejeune in progress, the demographics are growing and magnifies the fact that there is very little in children's entertainment. I am seeking an investor that would like to take advantage of this by funding a start up that is similar in nature to a biz like "Monkey Joes" ((URL removed)). I don't see any value in using the franchise (URL removed) do see tremendous opportunity for the concept, with some tweaking.
Costs for such a start up, depending upon upfit costs would be about 400k.
