Description:
?Forensic & Fraud Accounting
Speed, Accuracy and Quality – Over the course of our experience, we have learned that producing a high quality audit report depends on direct management of the assigned file. While we utilize support staff to enter large amounts of data, only principals may maintain files. This not only ensures that data is correctly transcribed to our system on a daily basis, but allows for the principal to develop an intimate relationship with each audit. Additionally, we have found that by increasing communication with the assured we minimize the normal lag time associated with obtaining records and supporting documents. Combined with daily analysis and accuracy verification, we have the ability to prepare our final reports days, weeks and even months ahead of our competition.
? Status Reporting – Due to our principals interactive file management, our policy ensures that clients receive bi-weekly status reports. While we understand that our clients demand different communication formats, you may elect to choose e-mail alerts, paper status letters, or telephone conferences. You may also elect to have your status updates changed to weekly, monthly or quarterly.
? Excellence – Insurance auditing is a specialized field, often lingering between investigations and accounting work. Inasmuch, we demand that our work meets and/or exceeds the strict requirements set forth by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners located in Austin Texas. Furthermore, as to ensure we abide by state laws and regulations while conducting examinations, all work is conducted by only those who have passed New York States Private Investigation licensing exam.
? Value – Recognizing that our format for auditing requires an increase in our principal’s billable hours, we have ensured that our clients will save money by maintaining low hourly costs at all levels. Staff accountants and support staff are billed at $33 per hour with principal billing at $75 per hour – regardless of location. Compared to our competition who invoices principal time between $125 and $250 per hour, the saving on a forty hour audit could amount to thousands! Should the need for travel arise, we seek out the most cost efficient means necessary and pre-approve all essential costs with our clients.
