I've managed ten's of millions of dollars worth of construction projects, I've also built a successful online business out of helping other businesses make more money.
In this new venture I'm combing my project management and online business skills (along with a world class team of conversion rate experts) to buy existing, profitable online businesses that are not even coming close to fulfilling their potential.
Through hard data and according to scientific and psychological sales principles we will rebuild these websites and lead them to at least 2-3x their original revenue. At that point we will evaluate the business and either keep it for cash flow or sell it at a multiple of 2.55 of revised revenue.
My partners do this all the time and sell this as a service directly to the site owners. In this model we will buy the sites that have the greatest potential for improvement and reap the rewards ourselves.
