Description:
I am looking to acquire a roll off dumpster business in the metro Atlanta area. The current owner owns a construction company and a scrapping business and successfully built up a roll of dumpster business on the side. He is wanting to solely focus on his construction company and sell the dumpster business at a very reasonable rate. The business has 71 roll off dumpsters and is almost always fully booked. The business also has 3 trucks and 3 full time drivers. The value of the dumpsters and trucks is right around $300k. He wants to sell for just $350k to be able to focus on his main business. I can put a $50k down payment myself, but I'm looking for about $350k-400k loan to help acquire the business and bring initial cash flow for expenses. I'm looking for a 10 year loan.
My business plan is to continually grow the business and double the size within 3-5 years through intentional marketing and expansion. I have many contacts within the construction industry as well as contacts who flip 20-30 houses per month that could use our services and help with expansion. The current business owner has some consistent business through Southeastern Freight Lines, who always has at least 10 dumpsters and also local warehouses who always have many dumpsters in use. This business will continue. The business also has strong SEO on Google. Currently the business grosses $14,000 a week, which can easily grow by purchasing more dumpsters, adding a back up truck and eventually another full time drivers. Currently the owner is in the ballpark of doing $800k gross this year with around a 30% net to owner. The three drivers currently get paid $21hr with no overtime and a full time diesel mechanic. This payroll plus fuel and vehicle maintenance are the main expenses for the company. I'm able to bring $50k as a down payment. I also have a current credit score of 803 on Experian.
