own a bakery that bakes and markets, exclusively, a variety of gourmet cupcakes. I sell them at retail to customers at the store and nationwide through my website (see (URL removed)). I have perfected a method of sending these upscale flavored cupcakes frozen and arriving intact at the destination in perfect condition. The cupcakes are made with fresh ingredients and, as a result, they can be kept frozen for varying periods of time, thawed and eaten. They always taste fresh. I am at the point where, I think, the cupcakes can be commercially distributed at groceries and elsewhere as frozen baked goods. I need operating/growth capital to proceed with commercial distribution (i.e. to prepare the cupcakes for commercial distribution and to obtain the expertise needed to place the cupcakes in groceries and other outlets). I have gotten a favorable reaction from a food broker after my presentation to him.
