Description:
We are a full scale music production and promotion company based out of Dayton, OH. We are seeking funding in order to take our business to the next level. With the Ohio economy in its current standing (over 10,000 jobs lost in the past several months), we are to the point where we would like to offer employment opportunity for area residents affected by the decline in job availability. We are offering marketing, advertising, production, merchandising, PR and artist management positions focusing on an internet media, design and full distribution to mainstream and independently owned record shops including Hot Topic, Best Buy, FYE, Hastings and many other media sources. We have everything in place to make this a very successful business except the capital to do so. Shattered Glass Rekords has been in business for the better part of 4 years and has created its own market in the area, hosting over 50 shows (both non- profit and for profit), releasing several albums on a grassroots level, networking with some of the top industry professionals and creating fanbases for all artists we represent or have been associated with. We currently employ a staff of 5 full time and about 20 or so independent contractors and feel that we could be a vital asset in boosting the declining economy in the Dayton area.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration, and I hope that you find our company venture worthy.
