The construction company to be registered shall be called HOME BUILDERS PLUS LTD. The seed capital to the new venture shall be one million dollars ($1,000,000). Setting up the business by phase will enable the quick revenue earner in the venture to facilitate the financing capital to the slow starters in the package or further still, to do a merger with any entrepreneur facilitating the asset base of the venture. The company’s operations shall be based on the use of domestic raw materials to deliver a significantly superior service to the market at home and abroad.
