MAGIC TAXI is create to meet the requirement of transportation in Dakar and its metropolitan area. This transporting company is specialized in taxi fleet management and car rentals. In fact due to the lack of suitable taxi fleets and trained drivers, getting a suitable taxi in Dakar is becoming a nightmare for residents and tourists visiting country.
The idea to create this type of enterprise is due to our close relationship with an automobile manufacturing company which agrees to support the project by allowing us to pay a down payment of 30% on the total amount of the vehicle.
This allows us to start with 30 taxis on which 10 will be assigned as rental cars and the remaining will be managed in a fleet departments managed by a center of command dispatching calls to taxis.
COMMAND CENTER
In addition to renting taxis on fixed and trained drivers, the role of the command center will be the dispatching of calls to drivers and the control and monitoring in localizing taxis wherever they are in the region of Dakar.
THEF and RISKS:
A localizing unit will be mounted secretly on each car in order to monitor the following:
- The real time position of the taxi 24/7
- The speed of the taxi at a specific time
- The ability to shut off the engine at a needed time.
Working closely with all hotels in the region of Dakar, the rental department will be able to dispatch the fleet according to the need of the different hotels. The heavy recommendation and request from hotels will allow us to guarantee the daily income of this department without any fear of lost on the profit.
The command center will help in the taxi income by dispatching calls to drivers for customer pickups. Corporate accounts will be initiated on all administration institutions, private companies and NGOs.
We are therefore seeking a suitable investor to lend or go with us on the financing of this project. We fully agree to support all charges and provide necessary guarantees for the financing of this project.
