At this point I am ready to design and work out that is not like working out it become an every moment thing after one year still looking to do self testing to be sure the health problem before I go to open market.
For me it would mean support for one year while I compare equipment to deal with the potential health complication i.e how to counter heart disease, joint cushioning and pressure point issues. This my proposal after the year is up what I have done will make me 150% stronger 50% fast because I am already skinny I should gain muscle mass equal to my weight. after I gain the equipment it will put it all together and sell as a package.
