Description:
I have a business, located in Raeford,N.C. It is very close to Fort Bragg,N.C. I have 7.67 acres located in the fastest growing corriodor in the state of N.C. Recently an indoor parachute business was opened about three hundred yards from my location. I am located on 401 N Bypass in Hoke County, N.C., half way between Raeford and Fayetteville. I suffered greatly businees wise when America went to war against Iraq. Over 80% of my business was with the soldiers at Fort Bragg and when they were deployed, my business took a nose dive and I was unable to continue in the business I was operrating ( whch was a salvage yard). What I am seeking is someone or a group that would invest in my property. I am looking for a $750,000.00 investment, which would give the investor a 49.5% ownership in the property
