This would be a nice 75 seat upscale casual restaurant in a growing suburban community focusing on local flavors, produce, and people. The building would sit and an acre close to sawmill road with parking to the north side. on the south side there would be land with growing vegetables being used in the kitchen. Other local farms would be used also. the food would be modern american with a focus on midwestern staples, but done with twists. Impeccable service and high standards are my staples. I have a good following of employees and guests, so start up would be easy.
