Anchor Springs properties is setting out to provide housing to homeless or out of work people. Particularly focusing on but not exclusive to veterans. In short my idea is to provide free housing by having enough units to pay for it. For instance, my plan for an apartment complex is to have three towers. I would use part of the profit from two buildings to provide free housing in the third building. I would continue to use that same ratio with other properties as well. One out of every three properties would be provided to those on need at no cost.
In addition to the free housing, through connections with local programs, we will also provide services such as GED class, help finding jobs and other things like food and clothing. These services are provided free to them and to Anchor Springs.
