The main goal of my company is to purchase real estate properties at a whole sale price. My company is seeking funding for 10k - 20k to get the company off the ground. My plan is to purchase two forclosed properties and either refinance them or sell them as soon as possible. From their I will take my profits pay back my Investor and continue the same process from their. Whom ever decides to invest in my company will be greatly appreciated and hopefully a long term business relationship will be developed.
