Target client, real estate investors and we perform the rehab construction on their properties. We are in the Dallas/Fort Worth market now with an opportunity to grow in to multiple markets such as Austin, San Antonio and Houston. Margins between 15%-25% with a $2.5 million in projected gross revenue. Also have investors presenting new construction opportunities to us with 2 already in process of starting.
