We are a construction management company with over $50,000,000,of projects preformed, managed, and completed either as owner reps or while working directly as the GC or employed by the GC. We have also started self preforming our own projects specializing in: assisted living, memory care, independent living, light commercial, multifamily, hotels, etc. We have project managers on staff and are very good at getting projects moving quickly and on or below budget. To leverage the demand of projects we are looking for additional means to continue moving forward. We currently have 4 projects in opportunity zones that we need help with. All projects will have a brochure, cost model breakdown, and pro forma, and market study. They all cashflow great and we have a great team to move each of these projects to completion and stability.
