Description: "The Brick Oven Pub" is a start-up fast-casual food service business. Our intentions are to purchase a currently listed Free-Standing Vacant Restaurant located in a heavily populated residential and commercial area. Over the years, the local community has been very supportive to the cafés and taverns that that have made this building their home. This building has been selected as a pilot location for a potential multiple-unit opportunity. The main attraction with our concept at The Brick Oven Pub is the two imported Italian "Wood Fired Brick Ovens" that are used Exclusively, Exhibition Style, out front for all to see, to service the entire menu. The high heat of the ovens allow for a rapid turnaround from the time you order to the time you are served. In most instances this is less than 5 to 7 minutes. San Francisco style Pizzas and a variety of quick entree items are offered on the menu: * 1/2 Chicken Roasted in Fresh Rosemary Marsala Garlic Butter Sauce * Chilean BBQ Baby Back Ribs * Panini Sandwiches Oven Roasted (changes daily) * Louisiana Cajon Jambalaya, served with garlic bread, and * Classic French Onion Soup w/Emmenthal and Gruyere Cheese These are just a few of the freshly prepared entrees we will be serving at “The Pub” along with a variety of daily specials. The atmosphere at the Pub is relaxed and casual with a professional and attentive attitude. The main principals involved in the Pub have more than 60 years collective experience in the food and beverage industry with particular emphasis on consistency with fresh quality products and excellent service. Draft Beer is essential to any pub, and that is why we will be serving regional handcrafted ales as well as imported and domestic beers. Northern California varietals and select European wines will also be offered The Pub is an up-scale fast-casual café with fresh, quality food, delivered quickly and professionally. This is not to be mistaken with "fast food takeout" stores whose self-service concept and connotation is that of a lesser quality product.
