We are currently looking to patent a generator which uses no fossil fuels while producing electric power, these generators can generate enough power to supple whole cities like Los Angeles and New York, or can be manufactured to run individual homes. They can also be manufactured small enough for electric automobiles. Our plan is to dominate most of the power and auto industry while holding exclusive patent rights through 2025. We are asking for you support with high risk and high payoff. As founder, I have limited executive pay, developed sound business strategies to protect investor capital and attempting to acquire no corporate debt while raising capital and stock book value. Under our business plan, your investment is safe because every dollar over the first $100,000 invested per year goes to 30 year treasury bills for long term capital use under both our business plan and corporate bylaws which were designed with the interest of the stockholder in mind; capital interest from your investment will be used for property, laboratory, manufacturing plant(s), and initial operating cost. Short term goals over the next 1 to 3 years include raising 15 million for long-term capital use, purchasing property, building laboratory and offices, complete working model(s), patent and copyright model(s), and lastly an initial public offering of corporate stock. Long-term goals include corporation financing though one or more DBAs manufacturing plants for production and sells, hiring key personal including future executives.
