We have a plan to develop a 3 tiered real estate management and investment company.
We believe in keeping things lean, borrowing as little on debt as possible, looking for a few investors to take a short or long term equity position in the company for startup and growth.
Intial investmemt in first phase is in 10-15K range and will offer 20% equity in total company for that investment.
