Description: INTRODUCTION Spirit of Power L.L.C. (the “Company”) is a Washington limited liability corporation that will be established to produce a feature motion picture for national and international theatrical release and broadcast, and DVD/Home Video sales and rentals. The picture, “AFTER THE GHOST,” is a spiritual, supernatural thriller about a young man’s quest to resurrect his life and his broken marriage through the power of the Holy Ghost. Clifton “Skip” Moody IV wrote the original script and will direct the picture. Lenville O’Donnell and Moody will produce. The production budget for the film is currently estimated at $800,000.00. PHASES OF PRODUCTION • DEVELOPMENT. This is the phase we are now in, seeking financing, polishing the script, researching locations, and organizing business and legal affairs. • PRE-PRODUCTION. This will begin approximately 4 weeks prior to principal photography, after financing for the film has been completed. This is when staff is brought on, actors are hired, equipment and locations are secured, etc. • PRINCIPAL PHOTOGRAPHY. We currently estimate filming to take 4-5 weeks. • POST PRODUCTION. Editing the film to completion will take approximately 6 months. • MARKETING & DISTRIBUTION. Once the film is complete, we will prepare publicity materials, submit the film to major film festivals, solicit distributors directly, and do grass roots marketing in the Christian community nationwide. THE MARKET & RETURN ON INVESTMENT Faith based or Christian themed independent films are the biggest commercial phenomenon in the movie industry, highlighted by the incredible success of “Fireproof” in 2008 ($33 million box office gross, produced for less than $1 million). The market demand for quality Christian films has never been greater. When revenues are received, the first distribution will be to the investors of the amount of capital they have invested plus a one-time allocation of 15% of the amount invested. This will be paid before any other profit participants are paid. After this one-time allocation has been paid investors will share, pro rata based on the number of shares held, 50% of the net revenues from the exploitation of the film in all media (in perpetuity). The following projections are estimates based on known revenues for similar films that have commercial success. These estimates are for illustration purposes only, and are not guaranteed to be an accurate forecast of the films gross or net revenues.
