TRc COnstruction Inc has developed a new division in which pool, lawn and pest control have been bundled for $164.00 per month. The saving spill over into indivisual lawn and pool packages as well. TRC has also implemted contracted service work for $45.00 per hour with an additional credit to the customers account for $10.00 for every hour invoiced. This is applied to the customers account at the one year anniversary. With this we are able to operate with no contractual obligations from the customer. The credit ma not be returned in any other form than billable services from TRC. TRC has developed this new division in order to maintain accounts ranging from home owner associations, rental properties and their managers as well as the individual homeowner. TRC will be the trend setter for the new way a general contrator operates. This will create jobs, residual income and induce work done in the homes because of the low cost and the ability for the contracted work to pay for the monthly services.
