Description: Our small business, is seeking for $1 Mil to $5 in early stage business funding for creation of a highly-technological enterprise Manufacturing startup business. Bisiness will be located in Country of Belarus where no single identical business exist yet, tax breaks during the first 5 years, low labor & utility cost. Terms of the project’s realization – 1 to 3 years. I have included some basic details below regarding the funding that we're looking for. The enterprise will manufacture high-demand goods (contact us for more details). The enterprise’s production will have different price diapason and will be available to people of different income levels. According to preliminary accounts the project is to be realized during 1-3years. To ensure its effectiveness and quality, the enterprise will be outfitted with modern automated equipment. Initially it is planned that the enterprise will manufacture 100 mln. items per year. The project’s financing – an investor’s attracted means. About 95% of named high-demand goods products represented in the country's market is imported from abroad. The need in these products in Belarus makes up 35 mln. USD annually. A recent market research shows that demand for this product is constantly and rapidly growing. We would prefer to receive funding from these types of sources: -Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.) A joint or foreign enterprise may be set up. An investor is needed. At this point in time, we fully intend to use the funds that we raise for the following purposes: -Equipment Financing and establishing production. We already have business plan in place and have mutual agreement with many Retailers and Wholesale business. The production will be supplied directly to organizations, Belarusian population, exported to Russia, other CIS and Western Europe countries.
