InnoSoul is a Consulting Firm that specializes in creating innovative solutions for life's and businesses’ most common problems. Through seminars, one on one coaching, business consultations, books, blogs, and our latest product – The Retreat in a Box (Truth & Share) Business Card Game.
The purpose of our request is to raise funding to launch the Retreat in a Box (Truth & Share) Business Card Game which we feel is a niche idea that solve the problems of corporate North America and organizations around the world
The creators’ tenure within the corporate environment involved many team building sessions in the office and away from the office, with and without an outside facilitator. The theme for these sessions were to get the employees and/or management teams to gel together, get to know one another, and get comfortable with each other; for the purpose of understanding how the team's dynamics and how each department functions. It was to instil an internal bond that could propel the company towards its corporate vision and goals. However the problems with a lot of these sessions are their underlining thread. These kinds of team building sessions only focused on the technical aspect of leadership and team development or external execution theories. Their purpose is to show us creative and innovative ways to motivate people, However they never address our personal internal perspective about each other; How do we personally feel about our co-workers / management / company and how they feel about me?
Without that question being answers we continue to stay as individuals and never become a true team. The Retreat in a box (Truth or Share) answers those questions in a comfortable and relaxed environment – Your own Board Room.
The purpose of ‘Truth and Share’ is to break down the wall within a corporation, organization or group and get all those involve to talk, laugh, open up, share and encourage one another. This builds and strengthens a positive corporate climate and culture, friendships inside and outside work, and the corporate vision. The end result is to ignite unity, strengthen bonds, encourage co-operation, establish trust and increase productivity within your company. It bridges the unseen gaps between individuals and departments and shatters any built up tension allowing (the meeting head) to smoothly transition through your meeting agenda. Whenever you feel that the corporate climate needs a shot in the arm, you are now in control of where you play, how long you play, how much you play, and how many times you play.
The Game is designed on four factors that will bond and motivate individuals to a common goal. In a group environment everyone needs a least one or more of these factors to truly enjoy doing what they do for an extended period of time. Encouragement, Respect, Appreciation & understanding (the 4 necessities of increased productivity). Without them all other reasons to be involved and engaged slowly fade away.
The concept of team building is not new and there are many different aspects and formats to team building; however ‘Truth and Share’ ‘A Retreat in a Box’ brings a unique, fresh and real twist to team building.
