Update 3/29/2011 - Please read this first: Summerland Investments, LLC is no longer involved in the direct project funding business. We are a facilitator to a private Swiss banking group as well as several Global Trade Platforms that offer Private Placement Programs to high net worth individuals and corporations. These types of private securities transactions CAN be used to fund large scale projects (over 100mm) but you MUST have an investor 'on board' to begin with. If you have a large cap project ready to go and you have an investor(s) standing by, our programs can help you get funded while also generating a substantial return for your investors with little to no risk to their principle. Minimum investment amounts usually start at 10mmUS, but occasionally there are programs available with lower entry. One of our Swiss providers is also a lender for projects of at least 150mm at unbelievable rates and payback terms. This banking group requires a deposit of at least 30mm euros to qualify for project funding. I appreciate all the funding requests we continue to receive, but please be sure you understand what we do before you contact us.
Summerland investments, LLC works with several providers of private banking services and private placement programs, as well as issuers of bank instruments. We facilitate the introduction of qualified applicants to these providers, and assist with the application process on a 'fee for services' basis. Summerland Investments, LLC is paid out of the clients returns on a profit sharing agreement - there are, and should never be, any upfront fees. Unlike most intermediaries you will find online and at the message boards, we have closed deals and made money for our clients. Suitable applicants must be available for one on one discussions concerning available programs. Unfortunately, US based clients will usually need to open an account with one of several trade banks in Europe if they hold assets in US banks only. Bringing clients to trade from within US banks is next to impossible due to regulatory conditions out of anyone's control. Broker/intermediaries will be protected in writing, but must be willing to bring clients forward for direct communication. If there is a large broker chain of more than 3 people, I'm afraid we cannot engage. Programs typically begin at 10mm US/euros, but occasionally programs with smaller initial amounts are available.
