Dear Investor,
We are a start up business restoring classic cars and building hot rods from the ground up. We have had over 25 years experience in previous restoration work. Only 6 months ago our 4 partners decided to throw in together and build this business which is in very high demand. We have put $300K of our own money a into the business and in that time we have built one ’33 Ford Hot Rod which was entered in this year’s Sema Show in Las Vegas where we received an extremely positive reception (car can be viewed on “(URL removed)” under Sema Show Las Vegas, SKJ Customs) . We have had offers to sell our hot rod for around $250K but we want to keep the car to advertise our business. We have another ’33 Ford Coupe on the build floor of which should sell for more than the hot rod when we finish it in 60 days. We have also had build jobs offered to us from some car enthusiasts but we have used all of our growth money and need to bridge the financial overhead demands so we can go on and grow our business. We are extremely capable of building world class restorations and builds for high end clients. One of our partners won 2nd place with two different Chrysler Woodies at the coveted Pebble Beach car show.
We are seeking $500K to bridge our growth requirements and move our business forward. We would consider collateralizing a portion of the loan with the hot rod we presently own.
