I'm working on foreclosures. My plan is to wholesale, and create notes to sell and exit the transaction in less than 30 days. If your into financing real estate deals send me an email, maybe we can service each other and get more deals done. I'm looking to do a minimum in $100,000 in transactions per month. So I don't mind doing 50/50 deals to do more deals.
After residential real estate I plan on getting into commercial real estate. I'll start small and work my way up into bigger deals.
In the next 6 month I plan to get involved in purchasing defaulted paper, and charge off loans and helping people get out of debt.
